In the pictures above; During Dry-Dock, a special vacuum lifting device is used for dismantling of old windows and installation of new windows.
NOTE: For safety, we always use a spotter below during lifting operations.
Our Spider Crane In Action
Also, Venco Marine, Inc. has special lifting equipment in order to get to those hard to reach areas.
Here we are using a special Spider Crane for areas that are hard to get to. This job was done while the ship was in traffic with passengers.
The effected areas were closed off during the lifting operation with very little interruption.
